Shanghai Yaselan digital equipment Co., LTD. The first grand-format inkjet printer manufacturer in China, specializes in development and production of inkjet graphics equipments.
Yaselan’s products are focusing on the large-format digital inkjet graphics systems. The history of our product development can be divided into six stages since year of 1998. The first 2 printers came out before 2000, which were the frame-type computer-controlled airbrush printer and 5m-wide rolling-type airbrush system YSL-5000A. In October of 2000, the first China-made grand-format digital inkjet printer YSL-D3500 was shipped from Yaselan’s factory to a customer in Jinan, Shandong province. This big printer utilized industrial DOD piezo printheads from Xaar, the famous UK piezo printheads manufacturer. Featuring high precision, high speed and high quality, YSL-D3500 has given Yaselan a good reputation and success in the market and contributed a big portion of sales for the company as well. Coming after were several models in the same series (models: YSL-D2600, YSL-D3500M and YSL-D3524, which achieved a breakthrough in sales with a total units of more than 300).
Yaselan also work closely with another famous printhead manufacturer-Spectra. The China first Spectra based grand-format digital inkjet printer-YSL-S8N was also developed in Yaselan. We launched this new high-end printer in August 2002. Yaselan began to invent high resolution digital inkjet printer using KM512 14pl printheads in 2004, the same year, YSL-D2300 was successfully developed and launched to the market, this model supports not only indoor and outdoor printing, but also real 720DPI resolution.
We produced the flexible and rigid substrates support printer--YSL-D1600FB that uses solvent ink in 2006, its high automatization shows the personalized design. Then, 1440DPI model YSL-D1600FBUV, which uses environmental ink and shows photograph printout was made by Yaselan. In the end of 2006, the Economy-model 4-color high resolution(real 720DPI) inkjet printer YSL-D2500S was produced. Thus, a series of printers using KonikaMinolta 512 14pl are becoming the main products of Yaselan step by step.The company has been paying close attention to the latest technology in the digital printing industry, and to the needs of the customers.
